Looking for Yoga Classes at Saltdean Lido? Here's What You Can Expect in Mine.

Finding the right yoga class can be hard. Every teacher has their own style and approach.

Since I started teaching, my focus has remained more or less the same: strength. Physical strength and mental strength.

Some of my classes are slow, beginner-friendly, and some are dynamic and strong, but the intention is always the same: to help you build both physical and mental strength, no matter where you are on your yoga journey.

I believe with all my heart that people are much stronger than they think they are.

I aim to create a safe, supportive and welcoming space where people can explore what they're capable of. A space where there is room to challenge yourself, but also to rest, breathe and simply be human.

With regular practice, a little support and some encouragement, something beautiful happens. People become stronger, not only in their bodies but also in their hearts. They begin to believe in themselves.

You have no idea how many times I've heard someone say, "Gosh, I never thought I'd be able to do that." Then, after some regular practice, a few helpful cues, a little support and encouragement, suddenly they can.

And I see it. I see the spark in people's eyes. I see their posture change. I see them becoming stronger, not only in their bodies but also in their hearts.

I see them beginning to believe in themselves.

And in a world that constantly tries to tell us we're not enough, that we need to buy something, fix something, improve something or become someone else before we're worthy... I want people to realise that they are already enough. More than enough.

Exactly as they are.

I'm simply offering a practice where people can discover that for themselves. A practice where they are supported, encouraged and sometimes gently challenged.
