I have an injury/pain/icky body part, can I still the class?If you have a previous injury, please be cautious with any movements and consult your doctor before attending class. If you feel pain during the practice, it’s important to stop. Some discomfort is normal, but pain is not. I’m not a medical professional, and without knowing your full medical history, I cannot advise you further.

Can I try your class first before committing?There’s no financial commitment required! You can drop in whenever you feel like it. Even with a 5 or 10 class pack, you’re not tied to a weekly commitment.

I am a complete beginner, never done yoga before, are the classes suitable for me?It depends on your experience with other group exercise and your level of curiosity. My current classes are not designed for complete beginners, as the alignment of the poses isn’t explored in depth. However, if you have any previous experience with other forms of group exercise, you might find some poses familiar. And if you’re curious, come along and give it a try!

How much does a yoga class cost?Classes are £11 for 60 minutes and £7 for 45 minutes. You can save money with 5 or 10 class packs. For more details, click HERE.

What do I need to bring?Mats, blocks, and yoga belts are provided. Just bring a water bottle and your curious self! If you prefer to use your own mat or props, feel free to bring them along.

What is the vibe like in the class?It’s fun and easy-going, with lots of joking around while still honouring the ancient wisdom of yoga. We take our practice seriously, but we also make sure it’s enjoyable and light-hearted.

I’m not sure about the alignment or whether I’m doing the poses “right.”No problem! I offer hands-on assistance to help with alignment and provide gentle corrections when needed.
