It depends on your experience with other group exercise and your level of curiosity. My current classes are not designed for complete beginners, as the alignment of the poses isn’t explored in depth. However, if you have any previous experience with other forms of group exercise, you might find some poses familiar. And if you’re curious, come along and give it a try!
If you have a previous injury, please be cautious with any movements and consult your doctor before attending class. If you feel pain during the practice, it’s important to stop. Some discomfort is normal, but pain is not. I’m not a medical professional, and without knowing your full medical history, I cannot advise you further.
Classes are £12 for 60 minutes and £9 for 45 minutes. You can save money with 5 or 10 class packs. For more details, click HERE.
