Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 8 hours before the scheduled class time.

• I do not issue refunds for cancellations within 8 hours of the class start time or for no-shows. This policy is to respect other participants and ensure fairness.

 

Membership Account:

​

• To manage bookings, a member account must be created on my website using the same email address used for booking.

• The membership area is located in the top right corner of my website.

 

Class Policy:

​

• Classes start promptly and latecomers may not be admitted to ensure a calm beginning and avoid disruptions.

• All participants must sign a waiver. The link to the waiver form is provided with the confirmation email. Failure to sign the waiver form before the class requires signing it on paper before the class starts. No signed waiver, no class.
