Your new Sunday ritual. Yoga. Tea. Sauna. Community. All at the Lido.
Imagine starting your Sunday morning moving your body in a way that feels good, nourishing, grounding and gently energising. We’ll begin with a 75-minute open-level yoga flow in the Club Room at Saltdean Lido. Expect a practice that wakes you up, helps you feel at home in your body, and sets a calm, steady tone for the day ahead.
I’ll offer plenty of options along the way: whether you want to keep it mellow or spice things up a bit, you’ll be supported. This is about feeling into what you need and honouring where you’re at.
Then it’s sauna time. You’ll have 55 glorious minutes in the hot, healing heat and the space is all ours. You’ll be free to enjoy the sauna, cold plunges and buckets at your own pace.
