About the event
We’ll begin with a cacao ceremony, followed by a gentle breathing exercise and some mindful movement to help us arrive and ground. After a brief introduction, we’ll move into journaling with guided prompts. There will be time to reflect, and if you feel called, you can share your thoughts with the group in a safe and supportive space.
In order to create an intimate circle and to be able to offer everyone the opportunity to share,
there is a maximum of 8 seats (including mine) in each circle available.
