About the event

Join Viki for a 2-hour workshop designed to help you create a vinyasa practice that works for your body.

In this workshop, Viki will break down a few asanas and transitions commonly found in a vinyasa class, including San Salutations , Warrior 1 and 2 and extended side angel.

Together, we'll explore alignment principles in an accessible and supportive way, discovering how to adapt each posture to suit your own body. You'll learn practical modifications, variations, and ways to use props so that your practice feels confident, stabile, and comfortable.

Hands-on assists will also be offered (with your consent) to help deepen your understanding and embodiment of the postures.

This workshop is suitable for complete beginners, students with some experience who feel stuck or uncertain in certain poses, and more experienced practitioners who would like to revisit and strengthen their foundations.

Whether you're new to yoga or looking to refine your practice,…
