✨ Christmas Yoga & Hot Drinks – Sunday 14th December ✨
Join us from 9–10am for a fun 30-minute(ish) Christmas yoga practice, followed by a hot drink and festive snacks.
This little gathering is my way of saying thank you to everyone who’s been part of the Saltdean yoga classes this year.
It’s completely free to attend.
Come in your usual yoga outfit or wear something festive if you fancy. And if you’d like to bring a little snack to share, please do.
