✨ Christmas Yoga & Hot Drinks – Sunday 6th December ✨
Join us between 9:30 - 10:30am for a fun 30-minute(ish) Christmas yoga practice, followed by a hot drink and festive snacks.
This little gathering is my way of saying thank you to everyone who’s been part of the Saltdean Yoga classes this year.
It’s completely free to attend.
Come in your usual yoga outfit or wear something festive if you fancy. And if you’d like to bring a little snack to share, please do.
Can’t wait to see you there and celebrate together.
