Join us for one hour of yoga, then stay for some snacks and a hot drink and a friendly chat. It's a wonderful way to move, connect, and meet others from the community. All are welcome—no cost to join!

About the event
Join us for a lovely one-hour dynamic yoga class* followed by delicious snacks and a hot drink. Location: Club Room, Saltdean Lido.
Let's come together as a community through yoga, food, and drinks. After the class, stick around for a chat and enjoy spending your Sunday with us. Feel free to bring a friend along too - just make sure you all have a ticket.
